Oh my...now I'm really in a funk!!! Only two years??? I aspire to achieving macros as beautiful as yours and I've had my camera for...well...for a lot longer time!!!
I have loved watching your progress these past two years, as you learned to express the beauty inside you through line and color and light. Your images are always gentle and beautiful -- just like your sweet personality. Happy Anniversary!!! ;)
These are so lovely, Katy! It is really difficult to shoot buttercups -- the highlights get blown out so easily and you're left with a hot yellow mess... but yours are gently glowing! I love how you have captured a sense of yearning, as they reach toward the sun. And I adore the hint of a spider's web, just that bit of light glinting off the silken thread is beautiful beyond words... xoxo
Such lovely golden light with your pretty yellow flowers Katy! I'm so glad you got your camera and have shared all your wonderful photos with us. And I love reading all your sweet comments on my blog. You always make me smile my friend! Sending you lots of hugs through the air ~ can you feel them? :D xo Catherine
